Hey all! I know its been quite some time since my last blog post and I apologize for that. To be honest I was getting discouraged because getting my daughter to cooperate and do her myo-brace exercises and wear her myo-brace appliance at all was a struggle. She fought me tooth and nail about wearing her appliance. It was uncomfortable for her. She couldn't sit still and stay quiet long enough; the appliance was always in and out of her mouth. She also didn't like to do her breathing exercises. ( according to her those 2 minutes a day were better spent playing with friends ) Some of you may know me and my family, most of you reading this however do not. My daughter has been struggling in school for the past 2 years . She was diagnosed in 2nd grade with ADHD/ADD combined. I chose not to go the medicine route since I personally feel as though doctors sometimes push things like a bandaid. I do not judge those who are on medication.
